🎉 Congratulations! You are nearing the Sui Overflow’s submission deadline and getting ready to submit your project.
đź“–Â This guide is to help you understand how your team can submit the project.
Your team should have only one project leader.
The project leader must have already signed up via the “Register” button on the Sui Overflow landing page or this direct link: https://go.sui.io/overflow-sign-up. If not, please make sure your team leader does this now.
Only the project leader will submit the project on behalf of the entire team.
To submit the project, visit Sui Overflow landing page https://sui.io/overflow and click on “Submit Project” button or this direct link: https://go.sui.io/overflow-submit-project
Make sure the project leader is ready to submit information for the input fields below. Some of these information will be auto-populated from the database.
Important ⚠️: The project leader must select “Yes” to the question “Is the project submission ready to be reviewed for shortlisting?”.
When the project leader submits the project successfully, they will see the screen with the confetti!
Yes, you can. However, there is no guarantee that the judges will see the changes you make after May 31st. So it’s best to get your changes done by May 31st.
The update in project code should not be so drastic that it’s no longer solving for the same problem, product track, or technology track. The core user journey should remain consistent. Also, once the judges have reviewed your code, the decision is final. We will not accept extension requests or rescoring requests.
You may continue to modify your project submission, in case your project is shortlisted for the demo day(June 15th). You can modify your project submission via the same portal with your email address.
