Sui x Ika - Squid Pizza Challenge OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION: The Sui x Ika - Squid Pizza Challenge (the “Contest”) will run from May 22, 2025 through May 29, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). The winners will be announced on May 30, 2025. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

3. SPONSOR: The Contest is sponsored by Sui Foundation and IKA Foudation (each a “Sponsor,” and together, the “Sponors”). The Sponsors will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these Official Rules. All copyrights and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X (Twitter), Farcaster or any other social media platforms.

4. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to natural persons who (i) are at least 18 years of age or older (at the time of entry), and (ii) are eligible to enter the Contest as set forth in these Official Rules. Residents of the following jurisdictions are not eligible to enter the Contest: China, Cuba, Iran, Italy, Syria, North Korea, Brazil, Myanmar (formerly Burma) and Sudan, and any other jurisdictions where the Contest is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.  Employees of the Sponsor and its respective parent companies; affiliates; subsidiaries; advertising, promotion, fulfillment or other coordinating agencies; individuals providing services to the Sponsor through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Contest Period; and their respective immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree fully and unconditionally to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Eligibility to win a prize is contingent upon complying with and fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

5. HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, complete all of the following steps to receive one (1) entry into the Contest:

6. 1. Post a drawing, photo, photoshop edit, AI creation or meme depicting your most cursed “Squid Pizza” on X (formerly Twitter) or Farcaster.
7. 2. Tag both @SuiNetwork and @IKAdotxyz in the same post and include the hashtag #SquidPizzaDay.
8. 3. Ensure the post remains publicly visible for the entire Contest Period (the “Submission”).

Attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries, including but not limited to creating duplicate social-media handles, may be disqualified. Entries generated by any automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. All determinations of eligibility shall be final and binding. For the avoidance of doubt, Sponsors may not provide entrants with confirmation of Contest entry.

6. SUBMISSION CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS: By entering a Submission into the Contest, each entrant grants the Sponsors a perpetual non-exclusive license to use their Submission, and acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsors may use, or not use, entrant’s Submission, or any part of it, in any manner, in any media, at any time, in their sole discretion, including in a commercial manner and in advertising and promotions, and entrant forever releases and discharges the Sponsors from any liability associated with any such usage.

In addition to any other requirements set forth in these Official Rules, in order to be deemed eligible for participation, each Submission and/or the entrant submitting it must meet the following conditions and restrictions:

• The entrant either owns or has received permission from the photographer to submit the Submission, including the permission to make the Submission public without payment.
• The Submission must not defame or invade the publicity or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or proprietary rights or constitute or suggest copyright infringement.
• The Submission must not contain any content that is sexually explicit, offensive, illegal, pornographic or obscene or that features, promotes or suggests the use or abuse of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, firearms or other harmful substances or otherwise is in bad taste or is otherwise objectionable to Sponsors, determined by Sponsors in their sole and exclusive discretion.
• The Submission must not disparage the Sponsors or any other person or entity.
• The Submission must not contain corrupted files, viruses, or any other similar files, the intent of which is to damage the operation of another’s computer.
• The Submission must not depict material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
• The Submission must not depict material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where the Submission is created.
• The Sponsors, in their sole discretion, shall determine if any Submission, or part thereof, is inappropriate for any reason for public release or publication. The Sponsors shall have the right to disqualify any Submission that they deem not to meet the criteria, or due to technical, legal (including intellectual property rights infringement), clearance or other problems, or which they deem to be obscene, pornographic, demeaning or otherwise not in good taste, or otherwise in breach of the above rules.
